Stuart McCluskey has left Edinburgh-based Bon Vivant Group, which he founded in 2008.
The Bon Vivant Group, which will continue to be run by its other directors, comprises The Bon Vivant (launched in 2008), The Bon Vivant’s Companion (2011), The Devil’s Advocate (2013), El Cartel (2014) and Lady Libertine (2018).
McCluskey told CLASS: “I’ve decided it is time to move on to the next chapter. I’m really proud of everything my team and I achieved over the years.
“I had so much talent come through the doors – people who have gone on to achieve brilliant things in hospitality.”
The former Bon Vivant co-owner is now keeping his options open, ahead of possible new hospitality ventures.
He added: “I’m taking a bit of time to decompress a bit. I’m relaxing, spending more time with my kids, keeping fit, and trying to re-engage with the industry again.
“I’m reminding myself of why I love hospitality so much, and looking to experience as many passionate hospitality people as I can!”
