Former Class Bar Awards Bar Manager of the Year, Sophie Bratt, has joined Kensington Roof Gardens in London as bars manager.
Having left Nobu Hotel London Portman Square at the end of last year, the former Sexy Fish charge joins the West London private members club on June 9, tasked with elevating the club’s bar program, with a fresh approach to cocktails, hospitality and team culture.
The appointment of Bratt – widely considered one of the capital’s most experienced bar managers - is an ambitious move from Kensington Roof Gardens, which is known for its lush rooftop gardens, high-end clientele and vibrant atmosphere.
Bratt told CLASS: “I’m so excited about joining the team at Roof Gardens and heading up the bars there. The moment I met the team I knew it was the place for me.
“The opportunities for growth, development and to be part of this team made it a very easy decision for me to say yes!”
