Ingredients

10ml cognac

15ml calvados

10ml apple liquor

5ml apple aquavit

15ml apple syrup

15ml cider

Method

Use the apple in seven different ways (hence the name), ingredients are calvados, cognac, acidified apple juice, cider, green apple liqueur, aquavit (cooked with the leftovers of the apples) and apple syrup. Carbonate the whole drink. Serve on a chunk of ice garnished with a crab apple dipped in red cocoa butter & white chocolate.
