Bruxo X provides a subtle smokiness at the base, whilst Kiyoko sake and fresh clementine cordial provide a tart and citric colour which results in a beautifully balanced twist on the Margarita. A lemon zest sugar rim creates a neat balance of sweetness to a savoury drink.

40ml Bruxo X
25ml clementine cordial
20ml lime juice
15ml Kiyoko yuzu sake
Method
Apply lemon zest sugar rim to edge of the coupe glass. Shake and double strain into coupe glass.
