Bartender brothers Joe and Daniel Schofield have increased their minority interest in Seven Tails brandy.
The owners of Schofield’s Bar in Manchester, the UK’s Best Bar at the Class Bar Awards over the last two years, first invested in the brandy brand in 2022.
Seven Tails - a blend of French brandies - was founded by former Singapore bar operator Joel Fraser and Banks rum founder Arnaud de Trabuc and is now available in the UK and selected markets in the EU, Asia and US.

As part of the working relationship, Joe Schofield has developed a signature serve for Seven Tails. Mont Blanc is so named as the base ingredients are French and Italian.
