Caprice Holdings has announced the launch of the third Sexy Fish, opening this Autumn in Manchester’s Spinningfields.

The new venue joins a portfolio that includes sites in London’s Mayfair, which launched in 2015, and Miami, which opened in 2022.

“Myself and the entire company are extremely excited to bring Sexy Fish to the vibrant and amazing city of Manchester this autumn,” said Caprice Holdings chairman, Richard Caring.

“Manchester follows on from the successful restaurants in London and Miami. Caprice Holdings as a company has an affinity with the city, and we believe that Sexy Fish will be loved and enjoyed by the people of Manchester. We are truly excited and look forward to being in one of the greatest cities in the UK, and the world.”

The Manchester restaurant will feature pieces from artist Damien Hurst and architect Frank Gehry alongside the largest collection of champagne in the UK and a cocktail list that features favourites from London and Miami with four new bespoke serves.

The food offering will include an a la carte menu inspired by the seas of Asia and Omakase tasting menus devised by chef director Bjoern Weissgerber.
