NoMad London and Healthy Hospo have announced The Bartender Dialogues Sessions, a trade-only series of talks aimed at industry professionals.


The weekly discussions, held at NoMad London over three consecutive Mondays in October, will focus on a range of topics dedicated to opening a forum for difficult conversations faced by the bar industry.

The sessions will be overseen by NoMad London’s bars director, Pietro Collina and co-founder of Healthy Hospo, Tim Etherington-Judge.

Non-alcoholic cocktails will be provided by the sponsors, MEDA Human and London Essence.

The first session on 4 October, will feature Alessandro Palazzi, Peter Dorelli, Sim Edwards and Tim Etherington-Judge, in a discussion on forming lifelong careers by investing in personal health and wellbeing to avoid burnout.

Following on 11 October, guest speakers Davide Segat, Alex Lawrence and a mental health expert will talk through the benefits of mental fitness. This will be followed by a panel session on the subject.

In the final talk on 18 October, Monica Berg, Alex Kratena, and Deano Moncrieffe will lead a conversation on ambition within the hospitality industry whilst maintaining a work-life balance. The panel will tell their personal stories on how they become some of the most prominent figures in the bar community and lessons they learned trying to do it all.
